when sfIsadPlugin is disabled

To reproduce this error:

1)Disable sfIsadPlugin at "Admin > Plugins"
2)Choose any template other than ISAD at "Admin > Settings > Default
template > Archival description"
3)View an archival description
4)Click the report icon
5)Select file or item list report
6)Select sort criteria
Resulting error:
================
Fatal error: Class 'sfIsadPlugin' not found in
/home/david/public_html/qubit/apps/qubit/modules/informationobject/actions/itemListAction.class.php
on line 154
(Similar error for file list)
