New issue 2286 by [email protected]: Using "+" in Treeview at
Series-level, reveals child-levels without Publication Status "Draft"

To reproduce this error:

1)Click "+" on series-level in treeview
2)Child-levels appear as published status (no draft next to them)
3)Click on Item-level and Draft status appears in treeview
or
1)Click on hyperlink series level in treeview
2)Child-levels appear with draft status
Resulting error:
================
Using the "+" does not reveal draft status in child-levels in treeview
Expected result:
================
child-levels should always show draft status in treeview
