CCAD recommends creating help pages for end users, specifically to clarify
scope of search box. [CCAD-46]
To add to this, discussions with CVA have led to a desire to clarify
searching of fields using boolean and explain which ones are indexed, and
clarify advanced search difference between keyword and phrase search.
Could be a help manual or hyperlink to search suggestions?
