New issue 2315 by [email protected]: Authorized name disappears when
editing relationships

To reproduce this error:

1)in any authority record, create a new relationship (corporate bodies etc.)
2)close (submit) the relationships dialog
3)save the authority record
4)edit the authority record
5) edit the relationship
Resulting error:
================
The authorized name is blank. See series of screen shots corresponding to
steps above.
Expected result:
================
Name should still be populated.
Tested with demo test as well as 1.1 installation.
