New issue 2323 by [email protected]: Accessions cannot be searched
from the Accession Browse interface by a Logged-in User

To reproduce this error:

1)create accession record(s) and save
2)go to manage-> accessions
3)type search term in secondary accessions search box (use a term that is
in the accession record)
Resulting error:
================
no results
Expected result:
================
hit on accession record
