New issue 2337 by [email protected]: User with translation rights was
unable to edit the information in ISAAR fields

To reproduce this error:

1) Log in as admin
2) Create regular user with translation privileges
3) Create ISAAR record
4) Log out
5) Log in as the translator
6) Search the ISAAR record and try to edit it
Resulting error:

Edit button is not appearing
