Provide a tooltip that clarifies the intended use of the field:
*In RAD: "Record citations for any external sources used in the archival
description (such as the Scope and Content, Custodial History, or Notes
fields)."

archival description (such as the Scope and Content, Archival History, or
Notes fields)."
