I am experiencing this error, which is a great time waster, in MemoryBC. This is very similar to issue 2219 except no one at Artefactual appears to have taken ownership of issue 2201 after five months.
Basically, if you enter information in the Physical Location tab, it gets saved once. If you go back and edit the Contact record again, the data you previously entered in the Physical Location tab is no longer there!
