locates old term not new term

To reproduce this error:

1)Create a term and save
2)Assign term to information object and save
3)Edit term (e.g., Scratch to Scribble) and save
4)Check information object and confirm that term has been changed
5)Search using new term
Resulting error:
================
No information objects result
Expected result:
================
Information object with changed term results
NB: A search using the old term results in a hit on the information object,
but when the information object record is viewed it has the new term in it,
not the old term.
Is this a problem with my browser cache or re-indexing?
