To reproduce this error:

1)Edit digital object
2)Add new rights record to master or representation or thumbnail copy
Resulting error:

See screenshot: tooltips are not legible, the name of rights holder is not
aligned properly with data entry field
Expected result:
================
tooltips should be legible
rights holder data entry field should be aligned
NOTE: This problem is not evident in the rights interface when adding a
rights to an accession record or to an archival description. Only in the
edit digital object screen.
