New issue 2382 by [email protected]: Unauthorized users should not be
able to view PREMIS rights

See attached screenshot. User who is not logged in should not see PREMIS
rights fields. They're too granular and they don't conform to an
established descriptive standard (PREMIS is not used for archival
description).
