(RAD) with Statement of Responsibility (Title area) does not populate in
EAD XML

To reproduce this error:

1)create archival description with title and statement of responsibility
data
2)save and export as EAD
3)review EAD
Resulting error:
================
No statement of responsibility data.
If you import this EAD file into ICA-AtoM the imported archival description
will not have any data in the statement of responsibility element.
Expected result:
================
EAD export should support Title Statement of Responsibility
