As of r12064 the term treeview (that appears in the term view and edit
pages) reuses the same new treeview design with scrolling support. This
treeview is more simple though, there are no ACL checks since terms have
not granular permissions. Also, no publication status and sorting is also
applied alphabetically so manual sorting is not available.
