I repeated steps and had same results.
The repository names are being added to the drop-down for creator names in
the "add name" dialog. Once the repository name is added to the archival
record as the creator and name access point, selection of either of these
hyperlinks results in a 404 error.
If there are no repository names in the system, no repository names are
found in the drop-down. BUT every repository name added into the system
using the correct repository data field gets added to the drop-down and
made available through the "add new" creator dialog.
