New issue 2401 by [email protected]: Grip appears in the term treeview

The term treeview is not sortable sor the "3 bars" icon (grip) should not
appear. Jessica reported that she can see it when the cursor is over a
treeview node. That's the expected behavior only in the information object
treeview (when sorting is enabled).
