CCAD drafted simpleRAD in April 2012 (attached). We should try to steer all
RAD mapping discussions towards this core template for 2.0. simpleRAD has
Accruals. Has that field been ruled out? IMHO it can easily
contain "Appraisal, destruction and scheduling". We are defining a profile
right now so we how some leeway to make these kinds of pragmatic decisions.
A follow-up requirement is for to allow institutions the option not to
display and/or change data mappings but can be disabled as patch in
meanwhile.
