New issue 2410 by [email protected]: Treeview drag and drop does not
work for dragging children to higher levels

Dragging an item-level information object from one series and into another
series is not possible.
The problem is that treeview display collapses higher levels (e.g., series)
making it impossible to select lower level information objects (e.g.,
items) from one series and drag them into another series.
