To reproduce this error:

1) Copy attached file to app directory
2) ./symfony propel:migrate ica-atom_108_data.yml
3) ./symfony propel:insert-sql (DELETES ALL DATA IN DATABASE!)
4) ./symfony propel:data-load migrated_data_2012...
Resulting error:
================
Couldn't find information object (id: 297)
Expected result:
================
Data loads without error. Migrating this data file worked in Release 1.2
