New issue 2419 by [email protected]: Fix --parent-slug behavior in CSV

All the new records from the CSV file are assigned to the same parent
(using --parent-slug) but we rather want to use --parent-slug to replace
the default root object during the import and keep the original hierarchy
in the document.
