To reproduce this error:

1)View a description with an attached movie file and a flash reference
representation that can be played in the browser
2)Scroll down the page,
or
3)hover over an item in the treeview with a long title
Resulting error:
================
For #2 the header and search box are obscured.
For #3 the treeview pop-up title is obscured.
See attached screenshot.
Note: Tested with a modified Trillium theme.
Expected result:
================
Player window should not overlap header, search box or treeview pop-ups.
