After reviewing the notes on this issue from the CCAD review, it appears
that they identify a problem with EAC and EAD export. The exports should
have URI. <bioghist id="insitutionID">
The bioghist AtoM currently exports in EAD is the freetext field:
<bioghist encodinganalog="3.2.2"><p>The Kennel Klub has an amazing
history.</p></bioghist>
In the <control> area of the EAC Export is the Institution ID:
<maintenanceAgency><agencyName>XXX</agencyName></maintenanceAgency>
The only bioghist Atom exports in EAC is the freetext field:
<biogHist><p>The Kennel Klub has an amazing history.</p></biogHist>
If you have a multiple authority records for the same entity from multiple
institutions, this could be a problem.
