To reproduce this error:

1)create ISAAR record with data in functions, occupations and activities
field
2)export as EAD
3)review EAD
Resulting error:
================
EAD file has two separate elements:
<function><descriptiveNote>XXXX</descriptiveNote></function>
<occupation><descriptiveNote>XXXX</descriptiveNote></occupation>
*Use of the descriptiveNote requires < p >.
Import of the EAD.XML file results in empty functions, occupation and
activities field.
Suggestion:

Use <description> instead of <descriptiveNote>?
