being dropped on Import

To reproduce this error:
========================
1)Create ISAAR record with data in all Control Area fields
2)Save and export EAC
3)Review EAC - <control> all elements are there EXCEPT the actual data in
the maintenance notes field from ICA-AtoM is dropped
4)Import EAC
Resulting error:
================
Status field empty
Level of detail field empty
Dates of creation, revision and deletion field empty
Language field empty
Script field empty
Expected result:
data entered into these fields and present in Export EAC should be present
upon Import
