Heiko, actually there is. It's one of the few refclocks configured and
enabled for Windows. Check config.h and refclock_nmea.c.
Thanks for letting me know. I knew there were a few of them enabled but
I was sure that NMEA was not one of them... Need to be more careful in
situations when I am "pretty" (!) sure ... :-)
