I want to setup a Stratum 2 timeserver. In essence, I have a ready source of LTC / VITC. I want to know which hardware cards I can use that would work with ntp, setting up an ntpd daemon to read the LTC / VITC and give me a rough indication on how I would achieve this in ntp.conf. Sorry to be vague, but hopefully you might be able to give me some useful guidance.
