This version [EMAIL PROTECTED] works very well. The random service hangs in some circumstances as autokey+sysstats seem to be gone. > The Windows system clock is slewed quickly (in a 2 second period) to > account for the leap second. Could super-fast slewing also work on other platforms without leap insertion support? I still have a problem: When the Windows NTP service on 192.168.7.12 is configured as an Autokey server with a trusted certificate, and a Linux ntp-dev-20051208 client 192.168.7.10 tries to open an unicast client mode association. The Autokey Foxtrot begins, but will be perturbated by many event log messages like this: | sendto(192.168.7.10) (fd=216): No error | sendto(192.168.7.10) (fd=216): Une opération d'entrée/sortie avec chevauchement est en cours d'exécution. This may mean something as "overlapping I/O". On the Linux client side, the association stays unreachable, and cryptostats show: | 53727 83262.562 192.168.7.12 newpeer 44981 | 53727 83282.642 ntpkey_RSAkey_Client.3342971955 mod 512 | 53727 83282.647 ntpkey_RSA-MD5cert_Client.3342971955 0x0 len 311 | 53727 83283.462 refresh ts 0 | 53727 83284.465 192.168.7.12 flags 0x800e3 host Server signature md5WithRSAEncryption | 53727 83478.512 update ts 3344368278 The dance is locked on this step for hours. The same problem already happened with previous versions of Windows NTP, at least [EMAIL PROTECTED] and ntp-dev-4.2.0b-20051105-nt.zip.
