I downloaded ntp-4.2.0, did ./configure and make and did get:

make: *** [all] Error 2
Is there a (maybe more recent, maybe not completely stable) version,
which does build on Mac OS X 10.4.5?
Or do I made some mistakes building 4.2.0?
Any hints would be most welcome.
