Hello If I start ntpd at a time when the network is down then it synchronises to itself as expected. However when the network connection is finally established ntpd does not then start to use the servers which are defined in ntp.conf. I'm using a recent Mandriva (10.1) which is ntp-4.2.0-10mdk, is this a bug in ntpd or Mandriva?
