Not all of them at once. You can get a selection from DNS pool.ntp.org or
<geography>.pool.ntp.org
(eg europe.pool.ntp.org). If you want all of them you'll need to come up with

the pool admins for a copy of the current list. Note that "I want to hard code
them into my
embedded system" is not a good reason :-) (inside joke).

Hum, well, is there any way to be notified or otherwise tell when my
time server is in the queue? Except, maybe look at traffic load?
