Dave does development, not tarballs. I'm pretty sure his announcement about the WWV/CHU/IRIG driver fixes was after Jan 8, though. I believe there are in the latest -dev tarball that I roled last night. It's best to check the ChangeLog and the CommitLog for information like this.
