Does anyone know if (a) as described above a default configuration in
many Linux/BSD distributions? It doesn't seem to be configured this
way with the ntp-server package in Ubuntu 6.10, but then again ntp-
server isn't even in the default install for Ubuntu.

Does anyone have any example scripts that address this? Might be
useful on the ntp wiki.
