I realize the world of NTP isn't a world usually satisfied with "good
enough" :) But isn't "right now" more important than "12 hours ago?"
I suppose that one could presume that being a good clock for 11 out of
the last 12 hours suggests it will be a good clock for the next hour,
but is that really the case?
