If the reach column is 0, then you are not seeing the remote servers. You should see 377. Look for a network or connectivity issue. Can you ping the remote servers? Ask them an NTP query like: ntpq -p wirelss.org.au By the way, that query doesn't work for me, so are you sure that server is running NTP? Do you have permission to access it?
