Two companies that I know of that make such clocks are Symmetricomm and 
Meinberg Funkuhren.  Symmetricomm's products are the BC635 and the 
BC637.  These are PCI cards with an Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator 
and can use GPS input.  I don't know the model designation of the 
Meinberg product but their representative hangs out here and will be 
delighted to help you out.  These are EXPENSIVE, $1200 US and UP; a bit 
rich for my blood but they may be of some use to you.
