Some people have the skills, the tools, equipment and supplies to perform such a task! Others do not. It's possible to purchase any or all of these. In this case, perhaps the "company" should hire a professional to install the GPS receiver. It will probably cost more than the GPS receiver but it may give the "company" confidence!
