Any of the ntp sources from the download site. Unpack the tar file and grep the ntpd/refclock*.c files and search for the REFID macro. The reason for that is that every driver keeps its id inside the refclock module where it really belongs. That keeps it local. Do different refclocks emit the same ID's? Yes, there are a whole bunch of refclocks which are set to GPS.
