For some reason, CA's eTrust anti-virus site wouldn't accept my renewal, 
and e-mails to support just produced the response "Use the Web site".  I 
dropped the product, and moved to the free AVG....

Yes, now off-topic, so this time I /do/ deserve a telling-off.
