Yes, is very high resolution, but:
1. Some programs not used this for adjusting timestamps, in self
implementation of NTP requests. Or using it's without set thread
affinity to CPU core.
2. Frequency unstable and floats due to various factors, from CPU
consumpion level to powersaving CPU downclocking, PC environment, etc.
So coefficients (clocks to msec) must regular recalibrated with
precised source. Сertainly in the range of 16 ms, the error will tend
to zero
