That would be in contradiction of the explicitly configured default restriction which commands otherwise. If "restrict source" had been designed-in from the beginning, perhaps it would make sense to enable it by default with some reasonable set of restrictions like (limited, kod, notrap). But as a late-breaking addition, I thought it would be wrong to implicitly add new restrictions for each source address and change the behavior of existing setups.
