You do know that your PC's clock isn't a very good reference, at all.
You would do much better syncing to a public server.

Then, I walked into the source code of ntpd/ ntp-4.2.6p3 , I found

the macro REFCLOCK is not defined. My question here is when and where
this macro REFCLOCK is defined ..??
