Did you search google for that error message?

http://www.google.com/search?q=select%28%29%3A+nfound%3D-1%2C+error%3A+Interrupted+system+call
returns quite a few hits.

Do you have IPv6 configured? e.g. Can you ping6 other hosts on your LAN?
