Icky poo.  That's a nasty hack, and I advise others to spend the time
to figure out why their gpsd/SHM pps is being ruled a falseticker, and
fix it, rather than use the big hammer of "true".

In this case, "tos mindist 0.020" (20 msec instead of default 1 msec)
would probably cure the problem without resorting to "server ...
