Red-line: jitter straight out of the loopstats data.  Scale on the left.

Green line: same, but averaged over the time you select. Note that the scale is on the right-hand side, and is ten times that on the left. This so that peaks show more clearly on the raw graph.

D) What your ntp plotter plots as the black line on the jitter tab with a loopstats file, a weighted moving average, presumably of the red line.

The RMS variation of the offset in a one-hour period. Not sure this is particularly useful, quite honestly.
