True enough; if there are enough clients for this server to make it worth the while, by all means, add iburst to one or all of the server lines. Many startup scripts invoke ntpdate or the equivalent ntpd flag -q (and -g, maybe), however, so even if it takes an hour or two, the clock will start with reasonably close time after a reboot.
