Too bad it didn't have the reverse lookup setup properly, but I think
this'd be it:

$ host time-nw.nist.gov
time-nw.nist.gov has address 131.107.13.100

Aggurglewagah. Why would you use the top time server in the country for
your system, overloading it. Get a gps receiver and set up your own
(non-windows) based timeserver (eg as has been suggested, even a
Raspberry Pi based system).
