How can I access the new (thank you) PPS DLL? I run Win 7 (64-bit) and normally download Dave Hart's NTPD for Windows.
MY GPS device is currently attached to the RS-232 port, but it can run thru a serial-to-USB converter, but the result is MUCH less accurate. Where should I attach the DCD output of the PPS to use the new PPS DLL?
