Fails to build on Windows with VS 2010 Express.
In stdint.h:
#if !defined(_MSC_VER) || _MSC_VER >= 1600
# error Use only with MSVC6 - MSVC9
#endif
Errors like:
1>D:\Tools\ntp-dev\ntp-dev-4.2.7p399\ports\winnt\include\stdint.h(17):
fatal error C1189: #error : Use only with MSVC6 - MSVC9
I can report this as a bug, if that's appropriate.
