Well that looks like an NTP appliance, and from the manual and specs I eventually found, looks like the LeoBodnar box qualifies too: it is available from airspy.us @ US$320; who also have the uBlox MAX M8Q Uputronics RPi board @ US$37.95 - less than the Adafruit GPS Hat with GT MKT 3339 @ US$44. -- Take care.
