For server-entries in ntp.conf, how does ntpd (4.2.8p13) time refreshing
of hostnames?
Does it use the TTL value received with the resolved address (maybe down
to some compiled-minimum)? Does it refresh at some configurable interval?
I suppose it may not refresh at all, but I interpret the changelog to
indicate this was incorporated in 4.2.7p19
