The SNI extraction and Appendix A sections of manageability provide
guidance that won't work with Chrome. I opened issues 357 and 358 about
this. They should be easy to resolve. I apologize for the late notice (I
haven't been keeping track of these documents closely) but I do think these
do need to be addressed before publication.
